So, you want to try out CrossFit? Well then maybe our Couch to CrossFit program is for you? This four-week program will take you from a complete beginner to a CrossFit addict, all in a safe environment with qualified CrossFit Trainers.
You’ll learn the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit, from the Air Squat to the Med Ball Clean, all of which will form the basis of all workouts and future development to more complex movements.

𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧? The next intake starts on Tuesday 18th May at 7pm.
𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗢𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗡 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗜 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡? The four-week course comprises three classes per week. Tuesday at 7pm, Friday at 7pm and Sunday at 10am.
𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦? Each class will last for 1 hour and comprises a briefing around the whiteboard, a warmup, the lesson, and a short debrief.
𝗗𝗢 𝗜 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗬? Absolutely not! CrossFit is for all regardless of your fitness level. Each lesson will be tailored to meet the needs of each individual.
𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗠𝗨𝗖𝗛 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗦𝗧? The course costs £70 and includes a FREE and awesome CrossFit Tadcaster t-shirt. This equates to just £5.88 per class.
You'll finish the 4-weeks having been introduced not only to the fundamental movements but also to the lingo of CrossFIT so that when you attend your first class you wont be baffled by what an EMOM is or what AMRAP means.
