Youth S&C- Be the best you can be!

IT'S HERE!!! YOUTH S&C SESSIONS

MY Performance Youth Coach specialises in strength and conditioning with young people. Long gone are the days when it was frowned upon for young people to lift weights. 

Myths of resistance training stunting growth and leading to problems in later life have been largely disproved. In fact more recent research shows the benefits of strength training for young people.... provided the training is correctly supervised!

As one of the first certified Youth Strength and Conditioning Specialists in the country your young people are in safe hands. Continued investment in my own personal development has lead me to this point in my career. Having gained a degree in Sports Science and as a secondary PE teacher, Karate instructor and coach I can see first hand the need for effective and specific conditioning training. 

The aims are simple: Reduce the risk of injury and aim to improve performance based on the demands of the activity and the needs of the individual.
